Welcome to the PCMA NextGen page! Our mission is to empower and equip those who are dedicated to working with students from birth through their 20s by fostering spiritual growth and deepening their knowledge of Christ. We understand the unique challenges faced by those guiding the next generation and aim to provide valuable resources, support, and community.

Through collaboration, mentorship, and ongoing education, the NextGen Council seeks to help leaders grow in their own faith while inspiring the young people they serve to develop a lasting relationship with Christ. Our Next Gen Coordinator, Chrishon Ducker, would love to partner with your church’s leadership, Next Gen staff, and volunteers as they seek to minster to the youth and children of your church.
